Gide advised Crédit Logement on a Tier 2 bonds issuance of EUR 500 million and the redemption of a Tier 1 bonds issuance

Gide advised Crédit Logement on the issuance of bonds eligible as Tier 2 capital for an amount of EUR 500 million. The bonds have been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Simultaneously, Gide advised Crédit Logement in connection with the redemption of outstanding Tier 1 bonds issued on 2006.

Gide’s team was led by partners Hubert du Vignaux and Laurent Vincent, assisted by associates Aude-Laurène Dourdain and Shanna Kim.

The bank syndicate was assisted by Allen & Overy Paris.
