Gide on the issuance of social notes by Korian for an amount of EUR 300 million due 2028

Gide has advised a bank syndicate led by Société Générale, and comprising BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Crédit Agricole CIB, CIC Market Solutions, HSBC and ING, on the issuance of social notes by Korian for an amount of EUR 300 million due 2028. The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin.

Gide's team was led by partner Laurent Vincent, working with associates Louis Ravaud and Noëmie Mokalamba Kabamba.

White & Case LLP Paris advised Korian.
