Altea Agolli is a member of the Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, Media & Technology business line.
Altea Agolli advises on the review, drafting and negotiation of IT contracts (licensing, maintenance, development, integration, outsourcing, etc.) and also assists clients with data protection issues. Since joining Gide, Altea has been working with a major French banking group on issues relating to the compliance of IT service contracts with applicable sector-specific regulations.
Altea regularly works with the M&A and capital markets teams on all financing operations, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions involving various companies, particularly in the technology sector.
Altea joined Gide Paris' IP-TMT department in 2021. She is a graduate of the University of Paris XII Paris-Est Créteil (Master 2 Applied Intellectual Property Law).
