Gide has advised Hemisphere and Bain Capital on the acquisition of a property to be demolished and the conclusion of a property development contract with a view to building a tertiary real estate project in Bagneux.
The complex, scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2023, is developed by COFFIM as developer and designed by Ory Architects. It will offer 13,700 m² of high-performance, environmentally friendly workspaces and services within the ZAC Victor Hugo green neighbourhood ("éco-quartier"), currently being developed by SADEV94. This project is set to be a reference in the south of Paris and in the Greater Paris commercial property sector.
Partner Nicolas Planchot, working with counsel Marie Pastier-Mollet and associate Clément Pech de Laclause, assisted Hemisphere and Bain Capital on all real estate aspects of this transaction.
Hemisphere and Bain Capital were also advised by Allen & Overy on financing aspects, Racine on tax aspects, and by notarial office Attal & Associés.
