Michał Głowacki advocate, a member of the public procurement, infrastructure and energy & environmental practices.
He specialises in infrastructure projects, including PPP and concession agreements. He has extensive professional experience in providing comprehensive advice on renewable energy projects, as well as in providing legal services at all stages of administrative proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He received an LL.M. degree from the Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn and completed the School of German Law organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation in Bonn. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in law at the University of Białystok.
He speaks Polish, English, German and Spanish.
