Gide advised the bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners and BofASecurities, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale, as Joint Bookrunners on the sale of 12 million shares in Alstom held by Bouygues through a placement to qualified investors by way of an accelerated bookbuilding offering for an amount of EUR 500 million.
