Gide's team, with partner Eric Cartier-Millon, counsel Nathalie Benoit, associate Margaux Allilaire on financing aspects and partner Magali Buchert and counsel Brian Martin on tax aspects, advised the pool of super senior lenders (comprising Barclays Bank Ireland Plc, ING Belgium SA/NV, Investec Bank Plc, Natwest Markets N.V. and The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland) on the financing of nearly EUR 900 million structured in the form of a senior unitranche debt and a super senior revolving facility made available to the pharmaceutical group Serb as part of the acquisition of BTG Specialty Pharmaceuticals in the United States.
