Gide has advised Blackfin Capital Partners on acquiring a majority stake in GFP, a leader in healthcare and provident insurance delegation markets, with 1.7 million people insured.
This operation was followed by GFP's acquisition of management company Cetim from wholesale brokering leader April.
With this acquisition, Cetim and GFP will become the largest independent delegated management platform in France, with over 2 million people covered.
The Gide team advising Blackfin and GFP comprised partner Axelle Toulemonde, working with associates Donald Davy, Pauline de Roquefeuil and Clara Abidri on corporate aspects, as well as counsel Charles-Eric Delamare-Deboutteville and associate Antoine Flautre on aspects of insurance law.
