Lawyers from the Real Estate department of Gide Warsaw have advised P3 Logistic Parks (P3) on signing a lease agreement for approximately 33,910 sq.m. of warehouse and office space in P3’s Mszczonów logistics park with a company from the Czech logistics group HOPI CEE Logistics.
P3 is a leading long-term investor, developer and manager of warehouse properties in Europe. P3 Mszczonów is a modern, class A logistics park built to the highest standards, located south-west of Warsaw. HOPI, one of the leaders in the logistics and warehousing sector on the Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish and Romanian markets, will open its headquarters and central warehouse in Poland at P3 Mszczonów.
The lease agreement was prepared and negotiated by Aleksandra Kobylińska, associate at the Real Estate department, and the entire transaction was supervised by Marcin Muszel, partner in charge of Gide Warsaw's Real Estate department.
“We are delighted that once again we could advise P3, our long-standing client who regularly entrusts us with a range of projects, in particularly concerning lease agreements in locations developed and managed by the company. Due to the development of the e-commerce sector, the warehouse real estate market is not only attracting continued interest from forwarding and logistics companies, but also from investors” - said Marcin Muszel, partner heading Gide Warsaw’s Real Estate department.
