Catherine Feunteun has been awarded the top prize by the European Society for Banking & Finance Law (Association Européenne pour le droit bancaire et financier - AEDBF) for her thesis "Regulation of hybrid instruments by the Basel Accords. Thoughts on banking regulation", directed by Professor Thierry Bonneau, Paris II University (Panthéon-Assas).
Catherine is an associate within Gide's Banking & Finance practice group in Paris. She was also recently qualified as a lecturer (Maître de conférences).
She regularly publishes articles and has integrated the financial law column of the Revue de Droit Bancaire et Financier (RDBF), published by LexisNexis and directed by professors Bonneau and Le Nabasque.
