Gide advised a bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HBSC Bank plc and Natixis on the issuance by SEB of EUR500 million 1.375 per cent. bonds due 2025 and admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
