Gide has advised Michelin on its buy-out offer on Société Internationale de Plantation d'Hévéas (SIPH), acting together with SIFCA, a company incorporated under Ivorian law and also shareholder of SIPH.
The squeeze-out of SIPH was implemented following the public repurchase offer, which closed on 4 December.
Gide's team advising Michelin comprised partner Antoine Tézenas du Montcel, working with associate Arthur Debourdeaux.
Oddo BHF also advised Michelin, as presenting bank and guarantor of the offer.
FTPA advised SIPH.
Brugière & Emir advised SIFCA.
