Gide advised a bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale on the tender offer on a series of bonds due 2020 by Eramet.

Simultaneously, Gide assisted a bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale on the issuance by Eramet of EUR300 million issue of 5.875 per cent. bonds due 2025 and admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

Gide’s team was led by Hubert du Vignaux (partner) and Laurent Vincent (counsel), assisted by Louis Ravaud and Victor Delion (associates).
