Gide has advised management company Siparex on the first close for second-generation debt fund Siparex Intermezzo 2, worth EUR 125 million.
This new funding round is in line with the strategy of its predecessor, Siparex Intermezzo, i.e. to broaden the investment offer of Group Siparex on the SME and mid-caps segment. It will have an international reach, looking to invest abroad between 15 and 20% of its commitments by building on Siparex's presence in Italy and Germany.
Siparex was represented by Gide with a team comprising counsel Rima Maîtrehenry and associate Kikoun Landry Coulibaly (fund formation), and partner Bertrand Jouanneau and associate Sacha Najafi (Tax).
