Gide has advised MeilleursAgents and its shareholders on the 100% sale of the capital of Falguière Conseil (MeilleursAgents) to AVIV, a subsidiary of German media group Axel Springer SE, for a total amount of EUR 200 million (excluding cash and debt).
Founded in Paris in 2008, MeilleursAgents operates the MeilleursAgents.com website (2 million unique visitors in September 2019) that enables homeowners in France to freely assess their property online in just a few minutes. The website also makes it possible to find and get in touch with the right real estate agent.
This operation will enable MeilleursAgents to extend its offer in France and grow internationally, by building on its core strength: using data to improve market transparency and getting sellers closer to real estate agents.
