Katarzyna Gromnicka, advocate, member of the banking and finance team at Gide Warsaw. She specialises in banking law and credit documentation, including project finance contracts for the international sale of goods.
She has advised on financing transactions and prepared credit documentation together with security agreements, legal opinions, reports and memoranda in the areas of banking and financial law, including collateral for receivables and outsourcing regulations.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University.
