Olifan Immo 18, a professional collective investment undertaking (in French Organisme de Placement Professionnel Collectif Immobilier, or OPPCI), acquired the headquarters of group Chantelle, made up of three buildings located in Cachan and covering over 10,000 sq.m.
With this sale and lease-back operation, Chantelle remains the sole operator of its historic site, held for over 30 years.
Gide assisted Olifan Group on this operation with a team led by partner Hugues Moreau, working with associates Sibylle Chomel de Varagnes and Capucine Pélissié.
