Gide has advised Swiss family group Maus Frères on its acquisition of French fashion brand The Kooples from family shareholders and investment fund LBO France.
The Gide team that advised Maus Frères was steered by partner Hugues Scalbert, working with associates Olivier Legrand and Mathilde Faure on corporate aspects, and partner Franck Audran with associate Elsa Mandel on antitrust issues.
