Gide has worked with group Casino on boosting its partnership with Lyf Pay, a multi-channel and mobile payment solution whose controlling shareholders are Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and BNP Paribas.
This partnership takes the form of an initial 5% stake in the capital of developing structures that market the Lyf Pay solution.
Gide's team assisting Casino was made up of partner Antoine Lelong and associate Elise Bernard on corporate matters.
Lyf Pay and its controlling shareholders were advised by Bredin Prat.
