Gide has advised Doctolib on its EUR 150 million funding round with longstanding investors Accel Partners, Eurazeo, Bpifrance Participations, Kernel Investissements, and new entrant in its capital, investment fund General Atlantic.
Doctolib is the leading e-health service in Europe. The French start-up, valued at over EUR 1 billion just five years after its creation, aims to continue its investments in France and Germany, accelerate adoption of its telehealth solution, further improve its products, and expand to more countries.
The Gide team advising Doctolib on this transaction was led by partner Pierre Karpik, with associate Donald Davy on corporate aspects.
General Atlantic was advised by Freshfields. Eurazeo, Bpifrance, Kernel Investissements and Accel Partners were advised by Baker McKenzie.
