Gide on Vinci's issuance of €75,000,000 CMS linked notes including a conversion option to fixed rate due March 2039

Gide has advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank on the standalone issuance by Vinci of €75,000,000 notes linked to CMS rates due March 2039. The notes include a conversion option to fixed rate at the noteholder's discretion and are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
