The Gide team advised on the acquisition of Alfa PVC sp. z o.o., a manufacturer of granulated polyvinyl chloride blends, by Benvic Europe SAS, a portfolio company of the Investindustrial Group.
The firm's work covered all aspects of the transaction to acquire the company, from preparing a due diligence report, to preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, as well as aspects of financing the acquisition of the company (under Polish and French law), in particular with respect to the preparation of security documentation. In addition, the firm advised on issues related to the repayment of loans taken by Alfa PVC sp. z o.o. and financing granted by Benvic Europe SAS.
