Gide advises Mindspace, a global provider and operator of high-end co-working spaces, on its development on the Polish market.
The co-operation between Gide and Mindspace began in 2016, when the firm provided legal assistance to Mindspace on its entry into the Polish market, including for the lease of approx. 3,000 sq. m. of office space at “Hala Koszyki”, a unique real estate project, currently owned by Globalworth. The next stage of co-operation involved legal advice on further expansion within this project, as a result of which the area leased by Mindspace increased to approx. 5,500 sq. m.
Gide also provides Mindspace with comprehensive services regarding other legal aspects of operating its Warsaw space opened for use in 2017, as well as with ongoing advice on current issues arising from running and developing its operations in Poland.
