Gide has advised Crédit Logement on its tender offer on two series of subordinated notes allowing Credit Logement to buyback some of its subordinated notes for a total amount of approximately EUR696 million.
Concurrently with the tender offer, Crédit Logement issued EUR500 million 1.350 per cent. subordinated fixed rate resettable notes due in 2029 and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF.
