Associate, admitted to the Paris Bar, Clément Pech de Laclause joined Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice line in January 2017. He is experienced in real estate law, commercial leases, construction law and urban planning.
Clément assists French and international institutional clients on all aspects of their real estate projects, including transactions, development projects as well as commercial leases. Clément also assists major users (tenants or owners) with issues relating to the construction or occupation of their buildings.
He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Law from the University of Montpellier, as well as a Master's degree in International Law and Management from HEC Paris.
