Many discussions concerning e-commerce of products marketed via a selective distribution network are still carried on in the context of the Commission sectorial inquiry’s preliminary findings. This article deals with the recent evolutions that selective distribution faced and especially reviews the decisions that authorities and courts have taken on the use of market places notably in Germany.
