Pascal Suffran joined Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2016. He specializes in Public-Private Partnerships and Project Finance in relation to major infrastructure projects abroad and in France.
Pascal regularly advises Government, lenders and bidding consortia during tender processes relating to infrastructures (hospitals, airports, motorways, port terminals as well as industrial projects) and energy (thermal, solar, wind (including offshore), geothermal, nuclear power plants) projects abroad (e.g. Bolivia, Comoros, DRC, India, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Namibia, Senegal, Turks and Caicos Islands) and in France. Pascal also advises on issues relating to the operation of these projects as well as on the refinancing and the sale and acquisition of the project companies.
Pascal holds a Msc. in Project and Structured Finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master's degree in public contracts law from Toulouse 1 University Capitole. He has also studied European Business Law at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
