Gide has advised GLL Real Estate Partners on the sale of logistics portfolio "Corridor" to AEW Europe, for circa 200 million euros.
This 280,000 sq.m. portfolio comprises eight grade A buildings in prime locations in the French cities of Lille, Le Havre, Paris and Lyon.
Gide advised GLL Real Estate Partners on the legal aspects with a team comprising partner Christopher Szostak, Antoine Mary, Juliette de Waele and Bertrand Garrandaux.
