Gide Vietnam has advised Nord Anglia Education, the world’s leading operator of premium schools with headquarters in Hong Kong and listed on the NYSE (NYSE: NORD), on its agreement with the British International Schools Group in Vietnam (BIS Vietnam) to join the Nord Anglia Education network.
Nord Anglia Education now consists of 35 schools in 14 countries (in China, Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia and North America) and educates over 23,600 children from preschool to the end of secondary education.
The Gide Vietnam team advising Nord Anglia Education was led by Nasir PKM Abdul, the head of the Vietnam practice, assisted by senior associate Phong Nguyen.
