Appointment | Baudouin de Moucheron and Stéphane Puel, respectively Gide’s senior and managing partners, are pleased to announce the arrival of Frédérique Misk-Malher as secretary-general of the firm.
Frédérique Misk-Malher will be in charge of all the firm’s support functions and the Accounts and Financial Reporting division. Her specific assignments will be to support the Executive Committee in defining and implementing its development policy, and to head strategic projects in France and abroad, as well as cross-departmental projects.
With a Master’s degree in Management Sciences (Sciences de Gestion) from Paris IX - Dauphine, Frédérique Misk-Malher began her career as a programme officer for four years at Arthur Andersen, before becoming the administrative and financial director within the advertising division for France of communication agency DDB for 13 years. She then became Chief Financial Officer for Young & Rubicam for three years, and director-general of Heptacom, a company specialising in events and sports marketing, for two years. Frédérique Misk-Malher then joined group DTZ in 2010, and law firm Baker & McKenzie in 2011 as director-general of the Paris, Luxembourg and Casablanca offices and member of the executive committee.
