Gide advised the US-based electronic components manufacturer InvenSense on the acquisition of Movea, a leading provider of signal processing and data fusion technology applied to consumer mobile (smartphones and tablets), TV interaction and wearable sports and fitness applications. InvenSense has also signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trusted Positioning, a Canadian company specialised in inertial sensor-assisted positioning.
The overall cost of both acquisitions is USD 81 million.
