Gide advised CNP Assurances on the issuance of its € 500 million subordinated notes due 2045, admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market and Allen & Overy Paris advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch International, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Natixis and Société Générale as joint lead managers.
