Gide has advised Sofinnova Partners, Bpifrance (via Innobio) and Novo Seeds on their 16.5-million-euro investment in the share capital of Lysogène, a pioneering biotechnology company in the field of gene therapy, focusing particularly on severe genetic pathologies affecting the central nervous system in children.
