Gide advises the joint lead managers on a EUR100m bond issuance by Compagnie des Alpes

Gide has advised the joint lead managers CMC-CIC and Crédit Agricole CIB on the issue and admission to trading on Euronext Paris of a Compagnie des Alpes EUR 100 million 3.504 per cent. due 2024 bond issuance.

Gide's team comprised partner Hubert du Vignaux and associates Théophile Strebelle and Anne Moriceau.

Herbert Smith Freehills assisted Compagnie des Alpes.
