Gide assisted the banks (BNP Paribas, Barclays, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and UBS Investment Bank) and Allen & Overy Paris assisted the company La Banque Postale on its € 750 million issue of subordinated notes due 2026, admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market and mainly placed with European investors.
