Gide advised Bpifrance on its internal reorganisation that led to the creation of a single management company, Bpifrance Investissement, approved by the French Financial Markets Authority, and which brings together the group’s various investment bodies, i.e. Bpifrance Investissement Régions (formerly FSI Régions), Bpifrance Investissement (formerly CDC Entreprises), and some of the activities of Bpifrance Participations (formerly FSI). As the last stage in the creation of Bpifrance, this restructuring makes Bpifrance Investissement the largest investment structure amongst small-, medium- and intermediate-sized enterprises in France.
Gide advised Bpifrance with a team comprising Axelle Toulemonde (partner), Annabelle Raguenet de Saint Albin (counsel) and Anne Chiappa on corporate aspects, Guillaume Jolly (partner) and Marina Rodrigues on tax aspects, and Foulques de Rostolan (partner) on employment law aspects.
