Gide advises L’Oréal on a lease for premises located in the future Ecowest building

L'Oréal signs a lease agreement with BNP Paribas Immobilier for 38,000 m² of office space within the Ecowest building, located in a tertiary hub in Levallois-Perret, greater Paris. The building complex will be completed in April 2017 and will cover an overall useable surface area of 58,000 m². It will receive BREEAM “Excellent” and HQE (High Quality Environmental) “Exceptional” ratings.
