Didier G. Martin is active in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Law practice line and the ESG/CSR/Sustainable Development practice line. His activities cover mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange law, corporate law and corporate governance. He deals with acquisitions, joint ventures and business combinations, particularly of listed companies, and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions.
He regularly assists several listed issuers with their stock exchange law, corporate governance and financial and non-financial communication issues.
He also coordinates the firm's ESG/CSR/Sustainable Development practice.
