Gide China is proud to announce that its partners David Boitout and Fan Jiannian are both listed in the 2020 edition of China Business Law Journal's A-List, which identifies respectively the top 100 lawyers in PRC firms and foreign firms for China-related business.
This reward acknowledges the long lasting commitment and professionalism of the Gide China Team in China for the past 25 years. Fan Jiannian was also named in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
The A-List is based on extensive research conducted by China Business Law Journal, a leading industry magazine in China, with SINA Finance and SINA Lvdao as media partners. To identify the top lawyers, CBLJ turned to thousands of in-house counsels in China and around the world as well as partners at Chinese and international law firms. The final list reflects the nominations received combined with the China Business Law Journal editorial team's more than 20 years of collective experience in documenting and analysing China’s legal market.
