On 27 September, arbitration specialists including arbitral institutional representatives from Egypt, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the USA came together at Gide's London office for a lively discussion on arbitral institutions, debating the question of whether they are a necessity, or a burden.
The event was co-organised by partner Alexandra Munoz and counsel Saadia Bhatty, of Gide, and Laurent Hirsch, on behalf of the International Business Law Journal / Revue du Droit des Affaires (IBLJ/RDAI).
