Gide on the Tier 3 subordinated issuance by BNP Paribas Cardif

Gide advised Banca IMI S.p.A, Banco Santander S.A, BNP Paribas, ING Bank N.V., Belgian Branch and UniCredit Bank AG as joint-lead managers on the issuance by BNP Paribas Cardif of Tier 3 subordinated bonds issuance for an amount of EUR 750 million due 2024, bearing interest at a fixed rate of 1.00%, admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Gide's team was led by partner Hubert du Vignaux, assisted by Bastien Raisse and Louis Ravaud.

BNP Paribas Cardif was assisted by Allen & Overy.
