Gide on the issue of secured notes by Société d'Infrastructures Gazières for an amount of EUR 402.5 million due 2033

Gide advised a bank syndicate composed of Nomura and La Banque Postale on the issuance of secured notes by Société d'Infrastructures Gazières for an amount of EUR 402.5 million due 2033. The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.

Gide's team was led by partner Laurent Vincent, assisted by associates Louis Ravaud and Noëmie Mokalamba Kabamba, partner Laetitia Lemercier et associate Valentin Tschaen on security aspects, associates Timothée Dufour and Laure Dufour on environmental aspects, and associate Foulques Delaporte on tax aspects.
