Gide advised CNP Assurances on the issuance of Tier 3 subordinated notes for an amount of EUR 500 million due 2028. The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
According to the issuer, the cost of this issuance is the lowest ever paid for hybrid capital by a financial institution in Europe.
