Gide advised CNP Assurances on the issuance of Tier 2 subordinated notes for an amount of €750,000,000 due 2051. The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris. Allen & Overy Paris advised Barclays, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, HSBC and Natixis as joint bookrunners.
