Gide advised Veolia Environnement on the issuance of approximately € 700 million bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new and/or existing shares (OCEANE) due March 2021, by way of a private placement without shareholder’s preferential subscription rights.
Allen & Overy advised the bank syndicate comprising Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, BofA Merril Lynch, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, and HSBC France.
