Gide has advised a bank syndicate led by Crédit Agricole CIB, and composed of Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Morgan Stanley Europe SE, on the inaugural issuance of floating rate notes indexed on the SOFR by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) for an amount of USD 600 million, and due 2024. The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
Gide's team was led by partner Laurent Vincent, working with associate Noëmie Mokalamba Kabamba.
