Eiffage has finalised the disposal of 100% of two companies dedicated to the public-private partnerships of the Annemasse (Hanvol) and Rennes (H'Ennez) hospitals to Meridiam Infrastructure, for a global valuation of 272 million euros.
Created by Eiffage, both companies hold partnership contracts (in the form of long-term hospital leases) for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the aforementioned hospitals, which were put into service respectively in 2010 and 2011.
The Eiffage group will continue to provide the management and maintenance of these PPPs until the end of the contracts.
Gide set up three teams to handle this operation:
Eiffage was advised by partners David Boitout and Bénédicte Mazel, and associates Ana de Matos-Canelas, Ghita Bourquouquou and Juliette de Waele.
Meridiam Infrastructure was advised by partners Antoine Lelong and Stéphane Vernay, and Maud Harreau, Pierre Wiehn (counsel), Raphaëlle Gout, Anne Framezelle and Tiphanie Mareuse.
As regards financing aspects, Eiffage and Meridiam were advised by Laetitia Lemercier (counsel).

Lenders to H'Ennez were advised by De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés, with a team comprising partner Guillaume Ansaloni, and associates Jean-Baptiste Santelli, Agnès Macaire and Elizaveta Billiet.
