Gide has acted as deal counsel on the share capital increase of Graines Voltz reserved to categories of investors for a total amount of 27 million euros, its first transaction on the market since its IPO in 1999.
Graines Voltz, one of the leading independent European distributors of seeds and young flower and vegetable plants, intends to use the funds raised to pursue its external growth strategy.
Gide team was led by partner Antoine Tézenas du Montcel, with counsel Guilhem Richard et associate Mélanie Simon-Giblin.
The banking syndicate comprised Gilbert Dupont as global coordinator, and with Tradition Securities And Futures as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
