Gide has advised Webhelp, a European company specialised in business process outsourcing, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Netino, a leading e-moderation company owner of the Moderatus technology, from its incumbent shareholder Seventure Partners and from its management.
Through this acquisition, Webhelp will become more active in the digital field via its agency Webhelp Digital & Marketing services (DMS). The acquisition is subject to various conditions precedent and will close in the coming weeks.
