BMO Real Estate Partners (BMO REP) acquired, in the frame of a share deal, a mixed-use real estate property located at 71-73 avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris.
The property includes 5,700 sq.m. of fully occupied lettable office and retail space across seven floors above ground and two basement levels.
The 1,600 sq.m of retail space are leased to the luxury jeweler Dubail, the fashion brand Tara Jarmon and the telecommunications company SFR.
The offices on the upper floors are leased to six tenants, including the insurance broker Cooper Gay and the headquarters of Bank Audi.
In this transaction, the sellers were advised by Gide on all legal and tax aspects (partners Bertrand Oldra, Olivier Dauchez and Antoine Lelong, with associates Etienne Chesneau and Yannick Granjon) and by the notary firm Letulle (Pierre-Yves Lequerré). The purchaser was advised by Linklaters, Etude Lasaygues, Arsene-Taxand, Arcadis and Creatis.
